M853 Serial Distribution System
The M853 Serial Distribution System provides additional distribution capability for serial time outputs from the TFS range of timing systems.

Specifications
Data Input: One RS232 or RS422 data input provided by a shielded RJ45 jack. Data input galvanically isolated from both signal ground and data outputs. Data input located on rear of equipment chassis.
Data Outputs: Twenty RS232 or RS422 data outputs provided by shielded RJ45 jacks. Twelve RJ45 jacks located on front panel, and eight located on the rear panel of the equipment.
Alarm: Input signal monitored. Fault condition indicated via voltage free relay changeover contacts. Relay contact rating 1.25A at 240V AC. Connection via 15-way D type plug. Fault condition also indicated by front panel LED indicator.
Power: 115/230V AC ±10% 48-62Hz Load 25W. Connection via 3 pin IEC
